YOUTHS of Anambra North Senatorial Zone, under the aegis of Odinma Anambra North Youths Initiatives, ODIANYI, are urging APC delegates to ensure that Dr. Tony Nwoye emerges as the candidate of the party.
The group leader, Mr. Tony Okafor who spoke with Vanguard after their town hall meeting attended by all youth leaders from all the communities in the seven local government areas that make up Anambra North at Tourist Garden Hotel Aguleri said Dr. Nwoye was their preferred candidates among all APC aspirants.
“The youths are in total support of zoning the office to their senatorial zone. We have deliberated on the pedigree of all the candidates in various political parties and arrived at the choice of Dr. Tony Nwoye on account of his grass root appeal, and commitment to the welfare of the people especially the youths, women, elderly poor.
“All the senatorial zone youths have unanimously endorsed Dr. Tony Nwoye. He is our choice for the zoning arrangement in the state, we are urging APC to choose him to be their governorship flag bearer of the party. “Dr. Nwoye has a brighter chance of winning the election if he is chosen. We are waiting for him to be selected for us to work for his victory, he has no rival, you see what happened today all the youths in the state attended and unanimously endorsed him.”
